We are thrilled to welcome Miss Mackenzie (Mac) to our faculty team this year!!
Miss Mac is a former student at Infinity Dance. She has been dancing for 13 years. Miss Mac was a member of our Competitive Company for five years, and now graduated and has decided to teach. She has participated in dance styles; acro, ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, lyrical and tap.
Miss Mac’s focus is on acro. When dancing at Infinity; she did her acro exams with Acrobatic Arts levels 2 through 7, receiving dynamic scores. She has now gone on to receive her certification in teaching Acrobatic Arts, levels Primary through level 6, and hopes to finish the rest of her certifications in the upcoming years.
When Miss Mac is not dancing, she is working full-time as an Agricultural Equipment Technician Apprentice at Stratford Farm Equipment (SFE). Her job involves fixing or restoring equipment such as skid steers, tractors, combines and much more. She will also be attending schooling for her trade at Fanshawe College.
Miss Mac also loves to volunteer in her community in her spare time. Such as joining the CWL at Kinkora Church, and speaking at Women In Trades (WIT) events for schools around Ontario.
Miss Mac is extremely excited to be joining our faculty team this year and can't wait to pass her knowledge on to her students here at Infinity Dance.
