Get funky and fresh in this fun class! Students will learn the latest moves from the world of hip hop, ranging from styles such as hard-hitting crumping to smooth house and everything in between. This class also involves conditioning, strength and flexibility training. We will explore the many different styles that exist under the large umbrella of hip hop, resulting in a well rounded knowledge of hip hop movement and a terrific understanding of the latest trends in hip hop dance and music.
Male & Female Dancers:
- Loose, comfortable clothing (sweat pants, shorts, leggings, tshirts, tank tops, etc).
- No jeans, skirts or dresses
- Plain Black Clean, Indoor running shoes or dance sneakers
- Hair must be up in a ponytail, braid, etc.
- No jewelry
